Rebirth Of The Heart is a 40-day challenge [October 3rd - November 14th] for the upcoming Venus Retrograde:

Move through Venus retrograde in a guided 40-day space, with a clear rhythm and a community to share the experience with
Get access to astrological insights at key points in Venus’s retrograde through Scorpio and Libra
Learn about the 4 Venus Retrograde archetypes: Persephone, Lilith, Eve and Aphrodite - and the phase of the journey each represents
Take part in activities timed to the actual transits: live calls, reflection exercises, meditations, and more

PHASE I & II: Before the rebirth, we bring the old patterns into the light:

Relationship patterns you keep repeating, including inherited beliefs about trust, vulnerability, and control
Reaching from a wound: rushing or hiding from intimacy, chasing reassurance, or needing external validation
Where you lose your agency by hinting, testing, or waiting for others to meet needs you haven’t voiced

PHASE III & IV: A new cycle begins at 0° Scorpio. From there, we explore:

What your heart wants beneath the story you’ve been telling yourself
How to own your desire and express it honestly, without trying to control the answer
How to relate with an open heart - giving and receiving, building trust, and staying true to yourself.

What to expect - Dates and Activities 🗓

We have 1 live call and several activities for each phase - a total of 4 live calls and 14 activities.

🗓 Live Call Dates: October 4th (Persephone), October 19th (Lilith), October 28th (Eve), November 13th (Aphrodite). The calls are at noon ET, and recordings are provided shortly after.

✍️ Activities: In between calls, we have 14 activities - solo reflections, group discussions, meditations, etc. The activities are timed with the actual transits - for example, when we have the Venus-Pluto square, we’ll do a Pluto-inspired exercise, etc.

Q: What does Rebirth Of The Heart consist of?

A: The 40-day challenge includes four live calls (with recordings), 14 guided activities, and a discussion forum open throughout the live challenge.

You’ll find reflection exercises, Venus retrograde stories, group discussions, transit updates, and more. You can take part in every activity or choose the ones that speak to you.

Q: How much time can I expect to spend?

A: Anywhere from 2-3 hours/week to 2-3 hours a day, depending on your level of engagement.

The challenge is hosted on Astro Butterfly's Age Of Aquarius Community platform and can be accessed via any device (desktop, laptop, mobile). We recommend downloading the mobile app to get notified when new content becomes available.

Q: How much astrology do I need to know?

A: Rebirth Of The Heart is designed with all astrology levels in mind. Beginners may encounter unfamiliar terms in some discussions. You’ll still be able to follow the calls and take part in every activity.

Q: What happens when the challenge ends?

A: You’ll keep access to all four call recordings and the exercise prompts, so you can revisit them at your own pace. The forum is part of the live 40-day experience; it and its discussions close when the challenge ends.
