The Hero's Journey is a metaphor for our initiatic journey of self-discovery and character formation.

Joseph Campbell has conceptualized and described 12 stages of the hero's journey.

The 12 stages of the hero's journey are: the status quo, the call to adventure, the assistance, the departure, the path of trials, approach, ordeal, treasure, result, return, new life, and resolution.

These 12 stages correspond to the 12 aspects that 2 planets make in their cycle, from conjunction, to the closing semi-sextile.

In "Aspects And The Hero's Journey" we map the 12 Hero's Journey stages to the 12 astrological aspects in a planetary cycle, highlighting how aspects build upon each other.

In this course you will also learn about the little known difference between so-called "opening aspects" and "closing aspects".
